Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company will use personal information input by the Customer in relation to commercial and business matters, order placement/acceptance-related matters, billing and payment matters or inquiries, only for the purpose of giving replies to such inquiries and making commercial and business contacts with the Customer.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide personal information of the Customer to any third party, except:

• with consent of the Customer;
• pursuant to the requirements of laws and regulations;
• when such personal information is necessary for the protection of human life, body or property and moreover obtaining consent of the Customer himself/herself is difficult

Entrustment of Handling of Personal Information
The Company entrusts part of its businesses to outside contractors to provide better services for its customers and to meet business requirements of the Company and possibly deposits personal information of the Customer to any such outside contractor.
In such case, the Company will choose a contractor who, the Company recognizes, handles personal information in an appropriate manner and will make such a contractor conduct proper management and maintenance of confidentiality of personal information of the Customer by concluding a relevant contract or agreement with such a contractor to prevent leakage of personal information of the Customer.

Request for Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information
The Customer may make a request to the department in charge in the Company in relation to disclosure, etc. of personal information of the Customer (such as notification or disclosure of purpose of use; correction, addition, removal of content; discontinuation or erasion of use; discontinuation of provision to a third party). When such a request is made, the Company will make identity confirmation of the Customer and respond to the request within a reasonable period.

Discretion of Whether to Provide Personal Information
Whether to provide personal information to the Company is up to the discretion of the Customer. However, when personal information with regard to any necessary items is not disclosed by the Customer, the Company may, in some cases, not provide any of the services in an appropriate condition.
